Product Care
- We love gemstones and of course these stones need some extra special attention.
- Our lovely pieces are made of gold-plated/14k gold filled/925 Silver instead of alloy , which is much more easier to get skin irritation.
- We highly recommend you remove your jewelry when doing the following activities to avoid them from getting damaged:
- Showering, bathing or washing your hands.
- Exercising (the salt in your sweat affects the plating)
- Applying perfumes, lotions, oils, hairspray etc.
- Swimming (chlorine can often have a negative effect on plating over time)
- Cleaning - especially with harsh chemicals
- Changing clothes
- Store your jewelry in a dry, airtight container and keep them away from any water/moisture, perfume, liquid, moisturizers etc or any other substance that may cause damage to it. Put desiccant together if possible.
- Use a clean cloth to wipe it after wearing it. Keep them in the My beloved crafts zip lock bag and with the anti-tarnish paper together.
- Following these practices helps to prolong a longer life-span of your lovely pieces.

Repair
- We offer lifetime repairs.
- Our warranty covers broken chains, parts and clasps replacement. Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired by substituted materials.
- Unfortunately, My beloved crafts is unable to guarantee to repair the products due to accident, misuse or neglect.
- Any shipping costs is not covered.
- The repairs time is around 3-10 weeks and based on the availability of materials.

Adjustments
- This service allows you to increase or reduce the length of earring and necklace without altering the aesthetics or original shape.
- All adjustment requests are subject to technical feasibility.
